Thank you for taking the time to visit my website, as you can see it is still currently under construction. However in the interim this does give me a good opportunity to present the service that I provide, my role and responsibilities to my clients and give an overview of my philosophy and approach to work projects.

I offer a bespoke planning and building regulation plan drawing service that incorporates the very latest design ideas at affordable prices. I live in Nailsworth and work on projects predominately in the Stroud area, I have strong working relationships with other construction professionals and local authority officers.

Following the initial invitation to visit you at your home or prospective building project, when I will listen to your ideas and aspirations and discuss the possibilities of what could be achieved. I will then prepare a quotation for you to consider, I arrange my fees so that the client is not invoiced until completely satisfied with the works, therefore at submission stage of the project to the local authority, my objective is to take your ideas and run with them, adding solutions and possibilities that may have not yet been considered, to produce a design that is acceptable and compliant with all relevant planning and building regulation requirements, to be within budget, but most importantly to produce a design that is exciting, fulfilling and tailored to my clients personal requirements.

All building projects are a journey where a great deal of time, money and trust are invested into any particular project, my approach is to work closely with the client, normally visit on a weekly basis, this is an exciting time when the scheme will evolve from the initial measurement survey, moving on to the presentation of two dimensional drawings and three dimensional animation, this is important as it gives the client real context of how their home or property will look and behave after the work has been carried out. There is no time limit on this, what I refer to as the design stage, my role is to work with and guide the client through this stage ultimately to achieve an exciting and rewarding proposal to take forward.

Once the final design has been achieved and all consents are in place the works can then go out to tender, the importance of this stage cannot be overstated, it is a time of huge financial investment and temporary inconvenience while the works are carried out, I have great local knowledge of competent, trustworthy tradesman and professionals who I can recommend for any particular project. I will then ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards, I will be available at any time to discuss any issue with the client and be happy to convey and instruct any trades directly.
